Alexandre Birman woman
Born in a shoebox according to the words of his father, Anderson Birman, Alexandre Birman was predestined to become a shoe maker. A profession passed down from generation to generation, the first being none other than the president of the Arezzo & Co shoe brand. So much so that, from the age of 6, Alexandre followed his father during his routine at the factory, and created his first pair at the age of 12. At 19, the young prodigy decided to strike out on his own by founding his brand, Schutz, instead of joining the family business. Building on the success of this first business, Alexandre Birman then launched his eponymous brand in 2008. His creations are intended for the modern, sophisticated woman who places importance on exclusive designs. This translates into pumps and sandals with high heels, blocks or flats, colorful and feminine. The brand is particularly renowned for its use of luxurious materials such as soft and supple leathers, but also for its strong geometric constructions like sandals. Clarita with knotted straps, the label's signature model. Originally from Brazil, Alexandre Birman is inspired by the sensuality of South American women to create his collections of shoes with parfois dizzying arches. Creations that have become the favorite accessories of big Hollywood names like Blake Lively and Meryl Streep or even Gisele Bündchen who wore silver sandals specially designed for elle during the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
