Moisture Surge Eye Hydro-Reimpregnating Eye Concentrate is the first Clinique concentrate to hydrate and smooth the eye contour. This ultra-light and dense water-gel helps the eye area to be filled with water for 96 hours. The self-regenerating lipid pearl technique with pure aloe vera butter helps to regenerate the lipid barrier and prevent lack of hydration. Antioxidant capsules, for their part, act against premature aging of the skin. The pink capsules are enriched with ionized aloe water and caffeine. Apply morning and evening to the eye area.
You can either use it as a 3-minute plumping mask, as a hydrating touch-up, or as a makeup base.
