Known today as La Barbière de Paris, it took elle several years to find her place and gain legitimacy as a barber. elle discovered her vocation at the age of 8 when, fascinated elle admired her grandfather shaving under the large oak tree behind the family home located in a Kabyle village. A true ritual whose tools, an iron bucket, leather and a straight razor and the precise gestures will pave the way to his ambition. In the early 1980s, Sarah Daniel-Hamizi moved with her parents to Paris. Elle completed her hairdressing CAP and her professional certificate then set out to find a mentor who elle eventually found with OSKAN, a Turkish barber, then later Jean-Louis Bourrasseau.
In January 2000, the young woman opened her first salon, in the 9th arrondissement of the capital. If the beginnings were difficult, word of mouth and the renewed craze for beards initiated the success of La barbière de Paris. Passionate about know-how and transmission, elle in turn trains hundreds of hairdressers to become hair experts. In addition to her undeniable talent, Sarah Daniel-Hamizi stands out for her innovative and daring vision which pushes her to explore new techniques such as steam shaving, makeup and beard extensions, facial hair removal and torso sculpting. . To offer an ever more luxurious service to her clients, elle studies morphology and works with dermatologists to develop her own range of beauty products. The projects follow one another and La Barbière de Paris participates in the show New look for a new life on M6 as a member of the jury, works with companies such as Louis Vuitton , Chanel , Meetic and Google but also with large hotels like LeBristol or Park Hyatt.
