Colissimo delivery by La Poste offers delivery within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France. Deliveries are made by post from lundi to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.


From lundi to Friday, all orders placed before 1 p.m. are shipped the same day.

Orders are processed in the morning of the next business day. Orders placed between 1:00 pm Friday and 1 pm Monday are dispatched Monday evening.


The package is delivered to the delivery address indicated on your order form. As such, it is important to enter your correct delivery address.


We will send you an email when your package is shipped from our warehouse. This email confirms the chosen delivery method and provides you with a tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the My Current Orders section of your account.

Standard delivery to a Shop2Shop parcel pickup point by Chronopost offers delivery within 48 hours at partner pickup points.  


The parcel will remain at the pickup point for 7 calendar days, before being sent back on the 8th day.


From Monday through Friday, all orders placed before 1:00 pm are dispatched the same day.


Orders are processed in the morning of the next business day. Orders placed between 1:00 pm Friday and 1 pm Monday are dispatched Monday evening.

The price varies based on the destination country: 


  • €5.90 in Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal and Italy
  • €7.90 in Spain
  • €10 in Austria and Ireland


Returns

You have 30 days to return your order to us from the date of receipt of your package.


Under these conditions, returns are offered in France.


For international returns, an amount of €15 will be deducted from your refund.


Returns take 3-4 days from a post office.


Once we receive your package, it will be processed and/or refunded within 48-72 hours of receipt.

Pack your item(s) carefully so that they are well protected during transport. If the condition of the box does not allow you to reuse it for your return, please use other suitable packaging. 




Please attach the return form to your return package. 


 


Stick the carrier label on the package. 




Drop off your package at a post office, a Chrono Shop2Shop handover point or bring your package to the Printemps store of your choice.

Ready to Porter

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unworn and unwashed, with their designer labels intact.


Bags and Accessories

Items must be returned as received, in their original packaging and with certificates of authenticity and designer labels intact.


Shoes

The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any traces that could suggest that they have been worn. We advise you to try your shoes on a carpet or any other surface to avoid damaging the soles. Shoes must be returned in their original original box (marked with size, brand and barcode). It being understood that this original box cannot be used as a shipping carton.


The shoe box must be in perfect condition and must not be used as a shipping box under any circumstances. Shoe boxes should not contain tape or writing.


Lingerie and swimwear

Underwear and swimsuit bottoms must be tried on over underwear, please do not remove the adhesive protections.


Fine jewelry

These exceptional pieces must be returned new and unused in their original box with the plastic protection and all designer labels intact.


Luxury watches

Luxury watches must be returned new and unused in their original box with the plastic protection on the dial, warranty, presentation box and any other exterior packaging. Please also ensure that the watch has not been set to the correct time.


Beauty products

Beauty items must be returned in their original, unsealed packaging with the protective plastic film and lid intact. Items cannot be tried on and must be in new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, untested. To return a beauty item, be sure to put the items back in the original package; which has been l'objet of numerous conclusive tests. This packaging resists all possible shocks, falls and handling during the delivery of the package. If, however, your package after opening does not allow the beauty items to be returned in good conditions, we strongly invite you to find a suitable container and to carefully package the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.

The number of returns made per customer is counted and, in the event of repeated returns contrary to our general conditions, we reserve the right to report or close your Printemps .com account and refuse future orders. We will contact you if this applies to your account.

Once your order has been placed, the content of the order can no longer be modified. However, you can always change the delivery address or cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared by contacting our customer service. In the event of a successful cancellation, you will not be charged.

Returns that do not meet the conditions below will not be accepted.


Le Bon must be included in your package.

Items must be new, unworn and returned in their original packaging.

The cardboard label with the price, barcode and product name must also be returned with the item.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, worn, soiled or washed will not be taken back or refunded.

A compliance check will be carried out for each reimbursement request. Returns that do not meet the stated conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. You will be reimbursed via the payment method used when ordering.

EXCHANGES


You have 30 days to exchange one or more item(s) from the date of receipt of your package. 

Under these conditions, exchanges are possible in France, Benelux and Germany.

Log in to your customer account.


In the “MY PURCHASES AND RETURNS” section, click on “Make a return or exchange”.


Choose the product item to exchange as well as the product desired in exchange. Only an exchange of size or color is possible. In case you have received a defective product, you can request the same product in exchange.


Select the reason for the return as well as the refund method in the event that the exchange is not possible (re-credit on the payment method used or purchase voucher). If the product is not available upon receipt, the refund will be issued on the selected method. 


Print your voucher and transport label. Insert le bon in your return package, and stick the carrier label on your package.


NB: To facilitate the tracking of your return and ensure its proper processing, it is necessary to use the Colissimo label provided by Printemps .com when you return and to keep the proof of deposit stamped by post until validation of the exchange. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the exchange of your item.


Drop it off at a partner merchante Laposte or directly at the post office. We inform you that a return left at the post office takes less time to reach us than a return left at a merchant.

Exchanges are received 3 to 4 days after depositing the package in a post office. The procedure takes longer if the package is left with an approved merchant.


Once we receive your package, the exchange will be processed within 48-72 hours of receipt.

Upon receipt of your package, we will make the exchange within the limit of stocks available at the time of receipt.
