Random identities man

Stefano Pilati wants to transform the established social order with his label Random Identities, founded in 2017. Despite a name that resonates in the industry, the founder preferred to baptize his new project with symbolic words: Random in reference to the random nature of existence and Identities, the response to this uncertainty. Its logo? The signature white letters on a simple black label, representing a new beginning, the clean slate of the past. However, it is thanks to the past experiences of its creator that Random Identities stands out for its quality and consistency. Back in the 1990s, when Stefano Pilati joined Giorgio Armani as a men's ready-to- porter assistant followed by a position in fabric research and development at Prada . In 1998, he became an assistant stylist at the house of Miu Miu , then Design Director at Saint Laurent with Tom Ford and finally Creative Director when the latter left in 2004. After eight years in the French fashion house, he was appointed Artistic Director of Zegna, which he then left in 2016.
Now based in Berlin, the Italian designer is inspired by the rhythm of the city, its authentic raw style and its contradictions between freedom, authority and transgression in a protected space. The brand is aimed at all tastes, genders, ages and body types, to those who identify with personalities and recognize the beauty in difference. Random Identities blurs the boundaries of genres with its timeless and accessible “seasonless” collections. Monochrome, they include tailored silhouettes mastered to perfection but also down jackets, skirts to porter as layers and unisex heeled ankle boots. The white men's shirt printed with a bra is a flagship model of the brand and testifies to its subversive esprit . Exclusively publicized on social networks, the brand positions itself on alternative circuits, unifying la nouvelle generation in the digital era.
