Our advices :
You can drink it for 2 to 3 months. At the end of 3 months, take a short break (therapeutic window) of around a week to let your body rest. Infuse 1 teaspoon per 200ml of hot water (the equivalent of a cup). Drink outside of meals, twice a day.
