Violet Beauty

Created in 1827 by Monsieur François-Etienne Violet, the eponymous French perfume house was gradually forgotten during the economic crisis of 1929, then closed in 1955. But in 2017, Anthony, Paul and Victorien, three passionate school friends through perfume and its secrets, have (re)discovered the existence of this century-old brand. After restoring it, they reinvented it, seduced by its history and its values. Formerly one of Empress Eugénie's favorite perfumeries, the brand has since kept the bee logo, the iconic symbol of Napoleon III's wife. Since the revival of Violet, the trio of friends has brought vintage perfumery up to date. Indeed, each product tells a unique story and memories from elsewhere, for a memorable moment with each note revealed. Thanks to the house's newfound know-how, each perfume is imagined in Paris, then produced in Switzerland, under the control of professional craftsmen. Respecting the sustainable environment, the ingredients are natural, for responsible perfumes, manufactured fairly.
