Fashion and reality TV can parfois go brilliantly together. The proof with Yoon Choon Ho, a Seoulian creator who studied at the most prestigious schools before making himself known on the small screen. After studying fine arts, the designer (who was always encouraged by his parents to let his artistic fiber express itself) headed towards fashion. Following a course in a Korean school, he then flew to Milan, where he joined the Istituto Marangoni, of which he is still one of the ambassadors today. In 2006, he obtained his MA in fashion design and then began to make himself known in his native Korea by participating in several reality TV shows focused on fashion. In particular, he takes part in Project runway korea (whose American counterpart was for several seasons arbitrated by Michael Kors , then Zac Posen) as well as at the show New sold out. Each time, his creations hit the mark. And after working for several brands such as Lie Sang Bong and Arche while presenting his work at the Who's Next (Paris) and Coterie (New York) shows, the designer founded the brand Ych in 2016. Taking his initials, the name of the brand soon became known, notably thanks to the designer's collaborations. In high demand, Yoon Choon Ho notably designs the costumes of several K-pop stars, from BTS to Exo.
